Shipping & Return Policy

We ship to the continental United States only.

 

Damaged Merchandise:

If your item is damaged during shipping, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of receipt. If you receive your item on a Friday or Saturday, please contact us by the end of business the following Monday. Visit our Contact Us page to file a report or call us at 1(888)-551-1568. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm PST.

 

Returns:

Return authorization is required for any returned merchandise. There are two ways to start the return process: visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form or call us at 1(888)-551-1568. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm PST.

 

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted past 30 days. Please read below for exceptions around the Christmas holiday season.

 

If you are wishing to return an item for which you did not pay for shipping, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for that item. If there was an error in shipping your product, you will receive a full refund.

 

Christmas Ordering:

Orders made during November or December can be returned or exchanged until January 31st.

 

Undeliverable Address:

If your package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, it will be refunded and returned to our warehouse. This will result in a restocking fee. 

 

Unauthorized Returns:

Items that are shipped back to us within 30 days without proper authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges deducted from your refund. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card or bank account. You will see the transaction as SantasBest.com on your statement. We will notify you via email when your credit has been issued.

 

Items Purchased for Conventions or Events:

Any item purchased for use at an event is final sale and is not returnable. We do not rent products for use at conventions and events. Please order your item at least 30 days prior to your event to account for potential shipping delays.
